If you pre-register from here, you can do the Regular Membership registration smoothly.
* Membership registration is required when using the computer of a store in Tokyo and when using the e-Sports Area of the Motoyawata store.
* Membership registration is not required when the store computer is not used. (Reading comics only, resting only, when using your own computer by connecting to the free Wi-Fi in the store, etc.)
* Membership registration is not required when using the computer of a store in Chiba prefecture.
"Required" must be entered.
